Looking for something to improve group dynamics and decision making for your team at work? LEGO®️ SERIOUS PLAY®️ was literally made for you. Our trained facilitators can lead your staff in a workshop that will help enhance communication and creativity. Each member of your team will be able to participate and express their knowledge and experience in a new way.
The method is based on extensive research in the areas of business, organizational development, psychology, and learning, and is based on the concept of “hand knowledge.” 70-80 percent of our brain cells are connected to using our hands, so using our hands to build something as we are thinking helps activate more of our brain and knowledge.
LEGO®️ SERIOUS PLAY®️ (LSP) is a powerful tool to help your staff communicate better, solve problems strategically, and have meetings with 100% participation. LSP unlocks the knowledge and ideas in each team member and provides a safe environment to share ideas. We have trained facilitators ready to deliver workshops lasting anywhere from 2 hours to 2 days.
LEGO®️ SERIOUS PLAY®️ (LSP) is a great activity for any group to deepen group communication and connection. Everyone will learn more about himself/herself and the group as a whole. People ages 7 and up can benefit from LSP, so we provide workshops for families, community groups, and more.
